Health Care LA, IPA (HCLA) is a non-profit Independent Physician Association and managed care network that serves as a vital healthcare safety net for underserved communities in Los Angeles County. Founded in 1991, the organization is a network of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and Community Health Centers (CHCs) providing integrated medical, behavioral, and dental services to over 600,000 members, the majority of whom are Medi-Cal beneficiaries.
