Health Center Partners of Southern California

Health Center Partners of Southern California is a premier consortium of community health centers and other safety-net providers serving San Diego, Riverside, and Imperial counties. Founded in 1977, the organization acts as a regional advocate and a hub for shared services, supporting its 17 member organizations in delivering high-quality primary care to underserved populations. Its primary operations include health policy advocacy, clinical quality improvement initiatives, and the management of subsidiaries such as Integrated Health Partners, a clinically integrated network, and Council Connections, a group purchasing organization. Through these collaborative efforts, the consortium helps its members serve over 800,000 patients across more than 160 practice sites. The organization plays a critical role in the regional healthcare ecosystem by fostering innovation and sustainability among community-based providers.
