Health eVillages is a global non-profit organization that provides mobile health technology and medical reference tools to healthcare professionals in underserved and remote regions. Founded in 2011 by Donato Tramuto, the organization equips clinicians with handheld devices preloaded with clinical decision support tools that function offline, addressing the lack of internet connectivity in many rural areas. Its programs focus on improving outcomes in maternal and child health, HIV/AIDS, and primary care across countries like Kenya, Haiti, India, and Uganda.
