Health Hope Pharma (HHP) is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company headquartered in Hong Kong, dedicated to transforming intravenous (IV) therapies into oral formulations. The company utilizes its proprietary Orascovery platform, which features Encequidar, a first-in-class, potent P-glycoprotein (P-gp) inhibitor designed to improve the gastrointestinal absorption of chemotherapeutic agents. HHP's lead program, Oral Paclitaxel + Encequidar (Oraxol), is currently in Phase 3 development for metastatic breast cancer, offering a potentially safer and more convenient alternative to traditional IV paclitaxel.
