Health Outcomes Sciences was a U.S. healthcare technology company focused on predictive analytics and evidence-based clinical decision support at the point of care. Its core product, ePRISM, translated published clinical and outcomes research into workflow-integrated software tools that help providers personalize care, reduce variation, and improve clinical and financial outcomes. The company was particularly active in cardiovascular use cases, including acute coronary syndromes and procedure-related risk prediction. In February 2021, Terumo announced an agreement to acquire all assets of Health Outcomes Sciences, and the platform has since continued under the Terumo Health Outcomes brand.
