Health Solutions Plus

Health Solutions Plus was a U.S. healthcare software company focused on core administration and claims-processing technology for health insurers and other payer organizations. Its main product, the HSP Payer Suite, supported enrollment, billing, claims administration, reporting, and related workflows across medical, dental, vision, Medicaid, Medi-Cal, Medicare Advantage, and other specialty health benefits. The company served the healthcare payer market rather than developing therapeutics, diagnostics, or medical devices. Founded in 1996 and based in Melville, New York, Health Solutions Plus was acquired by Conduent in 2018 to strengthen Conduent's healthcare payer administration offerings. As a result, the standalone company no longer appears to operate independently.
