Company intelligence / Profile preview
Healthcare Innovations Private Services (HCIPS) is a major provider of home-based healthcare and case management services, primarily operating in the state of Oklahoma. Founded in 1996, the company established itself as the largest provider of Medicaid home health services in the region, offering skilled nursing, personal care, and hospice services across all 77 Oklahoma counties. In 2013, HCIPS was acquired by Jordan Health Services, which later merged with other entities in 2018 to form Elara Caring. The company focuses on providing high-quality, low-cost care to elderly and disabled populations, enabling them to maintain independence and age in place. Following the merger, the HCIPS brand was officially transitioned to the Elara Caring name in 2019.
