HealthEast Care System

HealthEast Care System was a prominent non-profit healthcare provider based in St. Paul, Minnesota, serving the Twin Cities' East Metro area. The system operated several major hospitals, including St. Joseph's Hospital, St. John's Hospital, and Woodwinds Health Campus, alongside a network of primary and specialty care clinics. In 2017, HealthEast merged with Fairview Health Services to create one of the largest and most comprehensive health systems in the state. Following the merger, its facilities and services were integrated into the M Health Fairview brand, which combines community-based care with the academic expertise of the University of Minnesota. The organization was known for its focus on community health, maternity services, and senior care within the Ramsey and Washington county regions.
