HealtheConnections

HealtheConnections is a non-profit health information exchange (HIE) and regional health information organization (RHIO) based in Syracuse, New York. Accredited by the New York State Department of Health, it serves 26 counties across Central and Northern New York, the Southern Tier, and the Hudson Valley. The organization provides secure, real-time access to clinical data, including patient histories, lab results, and medical images, to thousands of healthcare providers and organizations. By facilitating interoperability through its myConnections portal and Mirth HIE platform, HealtheConnections supports better care coordination, population health improvement, and value-based care initiatives. It is a Qualified Entity of the Statewide Health Information Network of New York (SHIN-NY).
