HEALTHeLINK is the regional Health Information Exchange (HIE) for Western New York, providing a secure, electronic network for sharing clinical information among healthcare providers. As a non-profit organization, it facilitates the exchange of patient data, including laboratory results, imaging reports, and medication histories, to improve care coordination and patient safety. The organization supports clinical decision-making by providing real-time access to comprehensive patient records at the point of care. HEALTHeLINK also offers population health management tools and analytics to help providers manage patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs. It is a key member of the Statewide Health Information Network for New York (SHIN-NY).
