In 2008, the company rebranded as Catalyst Health Solutions to reflect its primary focus on pharmacy benefit management. The company was publicly traded on the NASDAQ under the symbol HLEX until its rebranding and subsequent acquisition. It was eventually acquired by SXC Health Solutions in 2012, which later became part of OptumRx under UnitedHealth Group.
