Healthjump was a private healthcare IT company focused on health data interoperability and electronic health record data extraction for value-based care organizations. Its platform connected to dozens of EHR and practice-management systems to collect, standardize, and deliver clinical and financial data for use cases such as quality reporting, risk adjustment, analytics, continuity of care, and clinical research. The company positioned itself as an EHR-agnostic interface and data logistics platform that helped customers access standardized data quickly without traditional interface-engine complexity. In September 2023, Healthjump was acquired by Datavant and its capabilities were integrated into Datavant's health data exchange and Site Connect offerings.
