Healthmark Partners was a healthcare services company specializing in the development, management, and optimization of ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) and surgical hospitals. The company partnered with physicians and health systems to improve clinical quality, operational efficiency, and financial performance of outpatient surgical facilities. Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, Healthmark was a significant player in the ASC industry before its acquisition. In 2014, the company was acquired by United Surgical Partners International (USPI), which is now a subsidiary of Tenet Healthcare. The acquisition allowed USPI to expand its footprint in key markets and leverage Healthmark's expertise in physician partnerships. Today, the facilities formerly managed by Healthmark operate under the USPI umbrella.
