HealthPlus of Michigan was a non-profit health insurance provider headquartered in Flint, Michigan. Founded in 1979, the organization provided a range of health coverage options, including HMO, PPO, and Medicare Advantage plans, to individuals and employer groups across the state. In early 2016, the company was acquired by and merged into Health Alliance Plan (HAP), a subsidiary of the Henry Ford Health System.
