HealthPoint Plus

HealthPoint Plus was a U.S. digital health company focused on subscription-based telehealth, virtual primary care, urgent care, and teletherapy services. The company offered consumers and employers access to physicians and behavioral health providers through video visits and telephony, positioning its service as a low-cost alternative or complement to traditional care access. Its platform expanded over time to include bilingual care capabilities and veterinary telehealth. In 2024, substantially all of the assets of HealthPoint Plus Holdings were sold to EcoPlus, and the combined business was positioned to continue under the EcoPlus banner. As a result, HealthPoint Plus appears best characterized as an acquired telehealth brand/business rather than an independent operating biotech or pharma company.
