Established in 2004 as a joint venture between local physicians and Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center, the facility offered a full range of services including emergency cardiac care, catheterization labs, and open-heart surgery. In late 2023, the facility's operations were consolidated into the main Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center campus to integrate services within the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System.
