Overview
Helicore’s lead program, HCR‑188, is a first-in-class monoclonal antibody that binds circulating GIP ligand. The first participant was dosed in a Phase 1 single and multiple ascending dose study in March 2025. Top-line safety data are expected in the second half of 2025. Preclinical studies suggest preferential loss of fat over lean mass when combined with GLP‑1 therapies, potentially offering improved efficacy and tolerability compared to current obesity treatments. No clinical efficacy results have been reported yet.
