Help the Hospices

Hospice UK, formerly known as Help the Hospices, is the national charity for hospice and end-of-life care in the United Kingdom. The organization represents and supports more than 200 hospice members across the UK that provide care to over 300,000 people annually. Its primary mission is to ensure that everyone facing death, dying, and bereavement receives the best possible care and support. The charity provides clinical and professional development resources, national advocacy, and strategic leadership for the hospice sector. It also works closely with the National Health Service (NHS) and the government to influence health policy and funding for palliative care. Through public campaigns and research, Hospice UK aims to improve societal attitudes toward death and end-of-life planning.
