Helsinn has a strong commercial presence worldwide with several approved drugs primarily focused on supportive cancer care—most notably Akynzeo® and Aloxi® for chemotherapy-induced nausea/vomiting—and dermatological oncology treatments such as Valchlor®. The company also has an innovative pipeline targeting rare oncological diseases including precision therapies like infigratinib for FGFR-driven cancers currently in Phase III trials. Other late-stage assets include anamorelin for cancer cachexia/anorexia. Several new formulations or expanded indications are under development including pediatric uses and new geographies such as China. Recent data have been presented at major conferences such as ASCO highlighting progress on these fronts.[9]
