Herban Industries was a U.S. cannabis company focused on cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, and branded product commercialization, with a reported emphasis on medical cannabis innovation. The company was founded in 2016 and operated out of Oakland, California, while also maintaining multiple state-level subsidiaries. Publicly available sources describe Herban as a subsidiary of DionyMed and note a patent-pending "Fields Multi-dose Battery" technology intended to enable more consistent dosing. Herban does not appear to have been a traditional life sciences biotech or pharmaceutical developer with a disclosed therapeutic drug pipeline.
