Originally founded as Colibrium in 2005 and acquired by Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) in 2015, the entity was part of the healthcare vertical sold to Baring Private Equity Asia (now EQT) in 2022 and rebranded under the Sagility name. Today, it operates as a key technology arm of Sagility, focusing on optimizing the end-to-end consumer journey for US-based health plans and payers.
