High Park Gardens

High Park Gardens was the operating name used for the Leamington, Ontario cannabis cultivation and manufacturing business that Tilray acquired through the purchase of Natura Naturals in February 2019. The facility was positioned to supply cannabis products for Canadian adult-use and medical markets, and Tilray described its output as pharmaceutical-grade medical cannabis in company communications. In May 2020, Tilray announced the permanent shutdown of the High Park Gardens facility as part of an optimization plan for its Canadian adult-use operations. As a result, High Park Gardens appears to have been a real operating cannabis subsidiary/facility rather than an independent biotech company, but it is no longer active.
