HighCape Capital Acquisition was a healthcare-focused special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) formed to identify and merge with a business in life sciences or related industries. The company completed its IPO in 2020 and in June 2021 closed its business combination with Quantum-Si, a proteomics tools company.
