Highland Credit Strategies Fund was a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company based in Dallas, Texas. Managed by Highland Capital Management Fund Advisors, the fund's primary objective was to provide a high level of current income through investments in floating rate loans and other debt securities. In November 2017, the fund was merged into the Highland Income Fund (HFRO) to consolidate Highland's closed-end fund offerings.
