The organization serves Hill Country and South Texas communities through multiple clinic locations, primarily in and around Boerne, Kerrville, Fredericksburg, Floresville, Spring Branch, and San Antonio. Its business is service-based rather than drug-development based, with operations centered on comprehensive outpatient eye care and optical retail. Hill Country Vision Center continues to operate under its brand and is part of the AEG Vision network following its acquisition in 2019.
