Enzyvant is a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing transformative therapies for patients with rare and ultra-rare diseases. The company achieved a major milestone with the FDA approval of Rethymic (allogeneic processed thymus tissue-agdc), a one-time regenerative tissue-based therapy for immune reconstitution in pediatric patients with congenital athymia. Enzyvant is also advancing HL-CER-101 (formerly RVT-801), a recombinant human acid ceramidase enzyme replacement therapy currently in clinical development for Farber disease.
