HLA-G Technologies was a French biotechnology company focused on developing immunotherapies based on the non-classical MHC molecule HLA-G. Founded in 1998 and led by CEO Laurence Rulleau and Chairman Jacques-Francois Martin, the company aimed to harness the natural immune-tolerant properties of HLA-G to treat organ transplant rejection and autoimmune disorders. Their technology platform included recombinant HLA-G proteins, fusion proteins, and multimers designed to interact with inhibitory receptors like ILT2 and ILT4.
