Ho Karan is a French wellness and natural cosmetics brand built around hemp- and CBD-based products for skin care and stress-related well-being. The company markets clinically tested consumer products spanning facial and body care, sublingual oils, infusions, and lifestyle items positioned for sleep, anxiety, pain, skin issues, vitality, and intimacy. Founded in 2015 by Laure Bouguen, the brand developed a premium positioning around Breton cannabis expertise and natural active ingredients manufactured in France. In 2024, following insolvency proceedings and liquidation of the original operating company, Ho Karan was acquired by D-LAB Group and continues as a brand within that portfolio rather than as an independent biotech or pharmaceutical developer.
