Hogan Pharmacy Partners was a Canadian long-term care pharmacy company focused on pharmacy services for long-term care homes, retirement homes, assisted living, and hospice settings in Ontario. The company promoted an on-site, technology-enabled service model that combined automated dispensing cabinets, 24/7 telepharmacy access, pharmacist-led medication support, and in-home pharmacy technicians to improve medication safety and resident care. Founded in 2015, it operated a collaborative pharmacy partnership model designed for senior living communities rather than developing therapeutic products. In 2022, CareRx acquired Hogan's long-term care pharmacy business and integrated the business under the CareRx platform, after which the brand continued to appear as CareRx Hogan in some materials.
