Home Access Health Corporation was an early innovator providing at-home self-collected blood-based diagnostic tests for infectious diseases like HIV and hepatitis C as well as cholesterol panels. Their flagship product—the first FDA-approved home-use mail-in blood collection kit for anonymous HIV diagnosis—set industry standards for privacy and accuracy from its launch in the mid‑1990s through its acquisition by digital health leader Everlywell/Everly Health in March 2021. The brand is now defunct as an independent entity but its technology continues under the broader umbrella of consumer-focused digital healthcare services offered by its acquirer.
