The company specialized in the wholesale and retail of traditional Chinese medicines (TCM), health products, and pharmaceutical distribution within mainland China. Historically listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 0182), it expanded its operations through significant acquisitions, including interests in biopharmaceutical R&D and retail pharmacy chains in provinces like Guizhou.
