Honor Flight

Honor Flight is a national non-profit organization dedicated to providing military veterans with honor and closure by transporting them to Washington, D.C. to visit the memorials built in their honor. While primarily a service and advocacy organization, it provides significant healthcare and medical support for elderly and terminally ill veterans during their travels. The organization operates through a network of over 125 regional hubs across the United States, coordinating specialized medical care and mobility assistance for participants. Since its inception, the network has transported over 250,000 veterans, prioritizing those from the World War II era and those with terminal illnesses.
