Hospice of the Valley

Hospice of the Valley is an Arizona-based not-for-profit healthcare organization focused on hospice, palliative, dementia, pediatric, pulmonary, supportive, and grief care services. Founded in 1977, it is Arizona's first hospice provider and one of the nation's largest nonprofit hospices, delivering care in patients' homes, clinical offices, and inpatient care homes. The organization serves patients with life-limiting and chronic illnesses through interdisciplinary teams that include physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers. In addition to end-of-life care, it operates dementia education and caregiver support programs, grief services, and community education initiatives.
