Hospital Affiliates Development Corporation (HADC) was a specialized healthcare real estate development and facility planning firm. The company provided comprehensive third-party services including project management, medical equipment planning, and implementation for various healthcare facilities such as medical office buildings and outpatient centers. Originally an independent entity led by Fred S. Klipsch, it was integrated into Windrose Medical Properties Trust in 2002. Following the 2006 merger of Windrose with Health Care REIT (now Welltower), HADC's operations were rebranded as HCN Development Services Group. The firm played a significant role in the expansion of acute care and outpatient infrastructure across the United States.
