Huaboron Neutron Technology

Huaboron Neutron Technology is a pioneering Chinese biotechnology and medical device company specializing in the design, development, and commercialization of accelerator-driven Boron Neutron Capture Therapy (BNCT) systems. Founded in 2023 by renowned neutron scientist Professor Sheng Wang, the company has established a full-chain, independent R&D ecosystem encompassing high-end accelerator equipment, targeted boron-containing drugs, and treatment planning software (TPS). Its flagship platform, HyBorSys, is a 35kW high-intensity proton RFQ accelerator-based BNCT system that has successfully completed registration inspection and entered Phase I clinical trials. Additionally, Huaboron's proprietary second-generation boron carrier, boron[10B]falan, has received clinical trial approval from the NMPA for treating head and neck cancers. By offering a fully localized, end-to-end BNCT solution, Huaboron Neutron Technology aims to significantly lower the cost of advanced particle therapy and improve accessibility for patients with refractory, recurrent, or invasive malignancies.
