Overview
HUB Organoids' patient-derived organoid platform enables drug developers to identify and validate potential clinical candidates in a patient-relevant in vitro system, enabling improved preclinical patient stratification and accelerating entry to clinical trials. Notably, the platform supported the first cystic fibrosis patient treated based on organoid data and enabled an oncology clinical candidate, entirely developed using organoid screening, to reach clinical trials.
