Hudson Medical Innovations

Hudson Medical Innovations is a U.S.-based medical device contract manufacturer focused on microfluidics, point-of-care diagnostics, biosensors, and advanced wound care products. The company built capabilities in laser micromachining, reagent application, die cutting, automated multilayer lamination, packaging, and turnkey assembly to support customers from prototyping through high-volume production. Founded in 2012 in Hudson, Wisconsin, it served the MedTech and diagnostic-device market rather than developing a traditional therapeutic drug pipeline. In November 2021, Hudson Medical Innovations was acquired by Resonetics from Preco, and its capabilities became part of Resonetics' broader life sciences and MedTech manufacturing network.
