At the time of its acquisition in 2008 by Newron Pharmaceuticals, Hunter-Fleming had a pipeline including three clinical-stage compounds and one discovery program. Lead asset HF0220 was in Phase II for Alzheimer’s disease with plans for a Phase II study in rheumatoid arthritis. Other assets included HF0420 (Phase I, prevention of anti-cancer therapy-induced neuropathy), HF0299 (Phase I, neuropathic pain), and HF1220 (discovery phase). No further independent clinical results are available post-acquisition.
