Overview
Huxley Medical has developed the SANSA platform, an FDA-cleared home-based diagnostic system that uses a wearable patch to simultaneously assess multiple physiological parameters for diagnosing obstructive and central sleep apnea. Recent clinical data presented at SLEEP 2025 demonstrated strong performance in detecting central sleep apnea compared to in-lab polysomnography, as well as the ability to identify previously unrecognized cardiac arrhythmias during home testing. The SANSA device is cleared for use in diagnosing obstructive sleep apnea; its arrhythmia detection capabilities are still under FDA review[1][5].
