The company's primary focus was the development of a dental laser designed for cleaning teeth, utilizing Laser Energetics' BrightStar Alexandrite laser technology and Lantis Laser's Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) imaging capabilities. The goal was to provide a more effective and less invasive alternative to traditional mechanical scaling and root planing. However, the company and its parent entities appear to have become inactive, with Lantis Laser being declared defunct and Laser Energetics shifting focus or ceasing operations.
