HyGreen

HyGreen was a U.S. healthcare technology and medical device company focused on infection prevention in hospitals and other care settings. The company developed an electronic hand hygiene monitoring system that used wearable badges and sensors to remind healthcare workers to clean their hands and to record compliance events. Its products were designed to improve hand hygiene behavior, support infection-control programs, and reduce healthcare-associated infections. HyGreen was later acquired by BioVigil, whose current offering appears to incorporate the same general category of smart badge, room beacon, and monitoring workflow for healthcare hand hygiene.
