i-dental, officially Medicinos linija, is a Lithuania-based manufacturer, distributor, and importer of dental materials and related oral healthcare products. The company produces a broad portfolio of clinically used dental consumables, including composites, glass ionomer cements, adhesives, sealants, etchants, endodontic materials, temporary materials, prophy materials, retraction materials, impression materials, and tooth-whitening products. It operates under ISO 13485 quality standards, markets CE-marked products, and has exported products to more than 80 countries. In August 2024, Ultradent Products acquired a majority stake in the company, while founder Gintaras Dapkus remained a minority owner and continued in active management. i-dental is best characterized as a commercial-stage dental materials manufacturer rather than a therapeutics-focused biotech or pharma company.
