Overview
Iantrek’s bio-reinforced cyclodialysis platform has demonstrated robust clinical results in open-angle glaucoma. In a 2-year prospective study, 74% of treated eyes achieved ≥20% reduction in intraocular pressure (IOP) with the same or fewer medications. Mean IOP was reduced by 34%, and medication use dropped by over 60%. The CREST Registry reported a 42% reduction in IOP at one year. The approach is minimally invasive, hardware-free, uses homologous bio-tissue for reinforcement, and has shown a low incidence of adverse events
