Company intelligence / Profile preview
IBA Health Group was a prominent Australian healthcare technology company that specialized in providing clinical and administrative software solutions to the global healthcare industry. The company achieved significant international scale in 2007 through the acquisition of the UK-based iSOFT Group, which at the time made it one of the largest healthcare IT providers in the world. Following this merger, the company operated as IBA Health Group before rebranding entirely to iSOFT Group Limited in 2009. Its core product suite included electronic health records (EHR), hospital information systems, and laboratory management software, most notably the Lorenzo platform used extensively by the UK's National Health Service. In 2011, the company was acquired by Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) for approximately $180 million, and its legacy operations are now part of DXC Technology.
