IBIOM is a Canadian medical equipment company focused on ergonomic equipment and furniture for healthcare settings. The company designs, manufactures, and distributes products such as examination and treatment tables, radiology and imaging chairs, treatment chairs, adjustable workstations, and related ergonomic furnishings intended to improve patient comfort and reduce workplace injuries among healthcare professionals. Founded in 1978, IBIOM built its reputation around ergonomically designed products for hospitals, outpatient clinics, blood collection centers, private practices, radiology, radiotherapy, and seniors’ residences. In April 2023, IBIOM was acquired by Umano Medical and now operates as "IBIOM by Umano Medical," with its product line integrated into Umano Medical’s broader commercial offering.
