Icario

Icario is a private, private-equity-backed digital health company that provides a cloud-based health action and member engagement platform for health plans and providers. The company focuses on motivating people to complete health risk assessments, close preventive and chronic care gaps, respond to CAHPS and HOS surveys, and engage with rewards and incentive programs. Icario was created through the 2020 combination of Revel and NovuHealth and later took on majority investment from CVC Capital Partners in 2021. In 2025, the company launched Aivella, a platform-as-a-service offering that unifies member engagement workflows, data infrastructure, analytics, and API-based integration.
