ICAS World

ICAS World was a global employee assistance program and workforce wellbeing company serving employers with mental health, counselling, crisis management, and related employee support services. Founded in 1987, the company built a multinational network delivering localized care in more than 155 countries and 66 languages, primarily through employer-sponsored EAP offerings. Its services included 24/7 counselling access, wellbeing support, critical incident response, and training and development for organizations. In January 2022, ICAS World was acquired by Lyra Health, and by the end of 2023 the ICAS and Lyra organizations were unified under the Lyra brand. As a result, ICAS World is best understood today as a former standalone brand and operating business within Lyra's international workforce mental health platform.
