Its core product, Cypher, was designed to help organizations improve documentation accuracy, comply with reimbursement and coding regulations, and manage the transition to ICD-10 and value-based reimbursement. Founded in 2013 in the New York area, ICDLogic was later acquired by iCoreConnect in late 2017 through an asset purchase transaction.
