The company was formed through the merger of several entities, including ICT de Navarra (Iniciativas de Comunicación y Tecnología) and Opnatel. NASERTIC plays a critical role in the Navarra health ecosystem by managing the regional health information systems, medical imaging networks, and the Navarra Health Data Space for research and innovation. Additionally, it provides high-performance computing (HPC) resources and genomic sequencing infrastructure to support personalized medicine and biotech research initiatives in the region. Its services are essential for the digital transformation of the Navarra Health Service (Osasunbidea) and the integration of clinical data for academic and industrial research.
