IDA Therapeutics is a Houston-based biotechnology company focused on developing "immuno-diverse antibodies" (IDA) for the treatment of cancer and infectious diseases. The company leverages a high-throughput discovery platform to identify novel antigens, particularly those induced by the tumor microenvironment, and develops targeted monoclonal and TCR-mimic antibodies. IDA Therapeutics has been a resident of JLABS @ TMC and participated in the Texas Medical Center's Accelerator for Cancer Therapeutics (TMC ACT). Its research pipeline includes programs to enhance the efficacy of CAR-T cell therapies through fucosylation and prevent bacterial infections such as endocarditis.
